The Thunder beat Minnesota in Game 5 to claim the Oscar Robertson Trophy in the Western Conference Finals

The Oklahoma City Thunder closed Game 5 over the Minnesota Timberwolves with a 124 – 94 victory at The Paycom Center Arena in Oklahoma on Thursday, May 29 (Philippine Standard Time). 

The Thunder received the Oscar Robertson trophy in the Western Conference finals of the NBA (National Basketball Association). This is their first NBA Finals appearance since 2012, where they were defeated by the Miami Heat in five games. In fact, it was the franchise’s only Finals appearance in their history.
