Akari vs Choco Mucho (4:00 p.m.)

Akari sits at No. 5 with a 4-3 record, poised for a potential clash with No. 4 Creamline in the quarterfinals—a historic matchup considering Creamline’s reputation as the most dangerous fourth seed the league has ever seen.

Yet Akari remains unfazed despite the pressure.

“It’s a process, even though it’s a long process na sabihin nating makuha yung magandang chemistry ng team, but it’s a process na di kayang gawin overnight,” said head coach Tina Salak.

“But we’re still looking forward to end this second round with a win again. Ang gandang prep din for quarterfinals, but still, hoping kami sa run ng team namin for this conference.”

With Choco Mucho already eliminated, the Chargers are expected to use this match to stabilize rotations and sharpen execution before stepping onto the playoff stage.

Creamline vs Cignal (6:30 p.m.)

“Every game naman talaga, yung adjustment kung sino yung kalaban mo – yung adjustment, lagi naman nandiyan. I think yung momentum ng Cignal talagang sobrang taas. Talagang dapat matapatan mo yung momentum nila,” said Meneses.

If results fall a certain way, Creamline and Cignal could end up meeting again in the quarterfinals—a blockbuster showdown arriving earlier than expected.
