Oasis Gaming prevails as VALORANT champs in Predator League

Oasis Gaming captured the Predator League Philippines Valorant title in commanding fashion, defeating Xipto Esports 3–1 at SM North EDSA Annex on Sunday, Nov. 16.

From the opening round, Oasis asserted control. In the first map on Sunset, Mark “Marky” Tuling turned in a standout performance on Yoru, finishing with 19 kills and two assists as his team won 13–5. 

Game 2 followed in similar fashion, as Jon Michael “tesseract” Piga’s precise Sova play and sharp utility usage helped seal a 13–3 rout on Abyss. 

Xipto refused to go down quietly. In the third map, Corrode, John Timothy “JA” Arone exploded for an impressive 31 kills, outpacing Oasis’s Jhian “Zeus” Dela Vega (23), to claw one back and extend the series.

But Oasis responded decisively in the fourth and final map, Bind, where they overwhelmed Xipto’s defenses to win 13–6 and close out the championship. 

With the victory, Oasis not only took home the Predator Shield and the P200,000 cash prize but also earned qualification for the Asia-Pacific Predator League 2026 Grand Finals in New Delhi, India. 

On the financial side, Xipto Esports, as runner-up, walked away with ₱120,000. 

In another action at the event, NAOS Esports claimed the first-ever Philippine League of Legends Predator League title, edging out West Point Esports – Academy in a tight 2–1 series.
