LeBron’s continued excellence on the court was highlighted by a historic milestone. The 40-year-old notched his 1,015th regular-season win, surpassing Boston Celtics icon Robert Parish to move into second place on the NBA’s all-time regular-season wins list. Only Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who finished his career with 1,074 wins, remains ahead.

This marked just LeBron’s seventh game of the season after missing the opening stretch due to a sciatica-related illness. Since his return, he has averaged 16.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 7.6 assists per game while playing roughly 33 minutes per contest.

The possibility of LeBron breaking Abdul-Jabbar’s all-time wins record hinges on whether he chooses to return for a 24th NBA season in 2026.
