Filipinos set to represent PH in Toyota eSports GT Championship 2025.

Three Filipino sim racers, Victor Ancheta, Enzo Ison, and Matthew Ang, have officially been named as Team Philippines for the 2025 TGR Asia eSports GT Championship in Thailand. 

The trio earned their spots after strong showings at the national level in the TGR Philippines eSports GT Championship, which ran from September to October.

In the national finals held on October 12 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Ancheta clinched the title with 72 points, Ison gathered 67.5 to finish second, and Ang secured third with 61.5.

 Ancheta, a 25-year-old newcomer from Baguio City, impressed throughout, coming in third in the qualifiers and placing consistently in each round to take the crown. 

At just 15 years old, Ison is the youngest on the team—but also one of the most seasoned. He previously won the Junior Class title in 2022 and 2023, and was runner-up in 2024. 

Meanwhile, Ang, 23, is returning to the continental stage; he previously competed in the Asia Finals and once again earned his spot through steady performances in the qualifiers, quarterfinals, and semifinals this season.

The Asia finals will be held on November 23, 2025, live from Toyota Alive Space in Bangkok, Thailand.
