The NBA delivered a night full of star-studded performances and nail-biting finishes, with several marquee players lighting up the scoreboard across the league.

Luka Doncic once again showed his MVP form as the Los Angeles Lakers overcame the Charlotte Hornets, 121–111, at Spectrum Center. Doncic poured in 38 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists, leading the Lakers to another road victory despite a 34-point effort from Miles Bridges for Charlotte.

In Detroit, Cade Cunningham authored a career performance with 46 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists, powering the Pistons to a dramatic 137–135 overtime win over the Washington Wizards. Despite CJ McCollum’s valiant 42-point outing, the Pistons survived a high-scoring thriller at Little Caesars Arena.

The Orlando Magic continued their steady rise with a 115–112 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Paolo Banchero led the way with 28 points and 9 boards, while Shaedon Sharpe countered with 31 points in a losing effort for Portland.

In Miami, the Heat edged the Cavaliers in another overtime classic, with a buzzer-beating dunk by Andrew Wiggins with 0.4 seconds left on the shot-clock, 140–138. Rookie standout Jaime Jaquez Jr. tallied 22 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists, while Donovan Mitchell nearly willed Cleveland to victory with 28 points, 15 rebounds, and 8 assists.

Over in Chicago, Victor Wembanyama turned in yet another monstrous performance, posting 38 points, 12 rebounds, and 5 blocks to carry the San Antonio Spurs past the Bulls, 121–117. Tre Jones had 20 points and 7 assists for Chicago in a losing effort.

In Dallas, Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks squeezed past the Mavericks, 116–114, behind 30 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists from the Greek Freak. Rookie sensation Cooper Flagg kept the Mavs in contention with 26 points and 9 boards.

Grayson Allen caught fire in Phoenix, erupting for 42 points as the Suns dismantled the Pelicans, 121–98, while Trey Murphy III had a double-double (21 points, 10 rebounds) in the loss.

The Minnesota Timberwolves kept pace atop the West after Anthony Edwards dropped 35 points in a 120–113 road win over the Utah Jazz, while Keyonte George led Utah with 27 points.

Finally, the Atlanta Hawks snatched a gritty 105–102 win over the LA Clippers at Intuit Dome. Vit Krejci led Atlanta with a surprise 28-point effort, offsetting James Harden’s 35-point triple-double (10 rebounds, 11 assists).
