Team Falcons kept their chances of making the playoffs with wins against AP.Bren, 2-0, in Week 7 of the MPL Philippines Season 16 at the Green Sun Hotel on Sunday, Oct. 5.

The Falcons sit in seventh place with a 4-9 win-loss slate, while AP. Bren worsened to a league-worst 4-8 record.

Falcons’ Rowgien “Owgwen” Unigo’s Kaja led the way in the opening game to secure the 1-0 lead.

His teammate Marco “Super Marco” Requitano followed it up with a Moskov carry pick to give the Falcons the early lead in Game 2.

Super Marco teamed up with Owgwen, who picked Hilda, to close out the game and secure the Falcons’ fourth win of the season.

Team Falcons will look to carry their momentum into a playoff spot against Team Liquid PH at the same venue on Saturday, Oct. 11.
